Soon after his undergraduate studies at SDSU, Samuel collaborated with Clare A. Hatter, the concertmaster of the SDSU Orchestras, in founding the Amicitia Chamber Orchestra. With Samuel on the podium, the Amicitia Chamber Orchestra successfully held their debut performance in January 2024, performing works from Beethoven and Mendelssohn.
